Peaceful, prayerful crowd of nearly 600 leads local protest against Planned Parenthood

More than 575 local residents, representing several religious denominations, lined the sidewalks outside Fort Worth's Planned Parenthood clinic on August 22 as part of a national protest against the non-profit organization and its abortion practices.


Respect Life Office, other pro-life groups coordinating efforts to defund Planned Parenthood

FORT WORTH -- "Prayer is the most powerful thing we can do to defund Planned Parenthood."

That's the message pro-life supporters hope to send to the Fort Worth community during an ecumenical protest rally set for Saturday, Aug. 22 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Planned Parenthood in far Southwest Fort Worth, 6464 John Ryan Dr.
