THRIVE conference draws 400 young adults from Fort Worth and Dallas dioceses

More than 400 young adults from the dioceses of Fort Worth and Dallas converged upon St. Ann Church in Coppell  Nov. 14-15 to participate in the second annual THRIVE Conference.

St. Thomas the Apostle parishioners break ground at church’s new location

The faith community of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish broke ground for a new church Nov. 8 but the moment was bittersweet for a least one longtime parishioner. “I’m excited because we’re seeing a lot of new faces, but the old church holds memories,” admitted Cathy Thomas, a member for more than 40 years. “We were married in this church and my children were baptized here. It’s going to be sad to leave but we need a change.”
